TBILISI – BORJOMI NATIONAL PARK & WATERS  – TBILISI

SAMTSKHE-JAVAKHETI

Setting off from Tbilisi we arrive to Borjomi water resort. We take a stroll in the park (also known for being the first national park on Caucasus by the name of Borjomi-Kharagauli Park) and get drink from the actual Borjomi spring. The park was opened in 1995, and as of today the territory covers 85 000 hectares, being one of the largest in Europe. The place has everything that you would expect from European recuperation place: paved paths, camping and picnic sites, cabins for overnight stays etc. The park rangers are regularly on duty- just in case.

A bit of additional info
