Day 1

Tbilisi – arrival, checking in. Depending on the time of the day bonus tour around the night city is available.

Overnight in Tbilisi

 

Day 2

Tbilisi – walking tour around the town, visit to Narikala Fortress.

Mtskheta –visit to Jvari (XVII century Monastery), tour around the town, visit to Svetitskhoveli and Samtavro Cathedral Churches.

Overnight in Tbilisi

 

Day 3

Kutaisi – Bagrati Cathedral, Motsameta & Gelati Monasteries.

Overnight in Kutaisi

 

Day 4

Kutaisi – visit to Kumistavi Cave and Sataplia

Transfer from Kutaisi to Martvili

Overnight in Martvili

 

Day 5

Martvili canyons. Transfer from Martvili in Zugdidi. Visit of Dadiani Palace and the botanical garden. The tour of the museum containing Tagilonian treasure, one of the three death masks of Napoleon and antiquities brought to Georgia after the fall of Constantinople. Overnight in Zugdidi

 

Day 6

Mestia – history - ethnographic museum, Svaneti’s watch towers

Overnight in Mestia

 

Day 7

Back to Tbilisi. Depending on the departure time bonus tour available – visit to Stalin’s Museum in Gori.

Transfer to the airport/railway station.
